Damaged or Defective Products Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged product:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send us clear images and a short video showing the damage via WhatsApp or email.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free exchange — no extra charges, no questions asked.
Note: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges

Product must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
